Today is #WorldKidneyDay, celebrated to raise awareness of the importance of good kidney health and the significant impact of kidney disease, the 10th leading cause of death globally.

Mironid is working to transform the treatment landscape for patients with rare kidney disease. Our lead asset is a first-in-class small molecule LoAc® which directly targets the abnormally high kidney cAMP levels that drives cyst formation in Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease #ADPKD, the most common hereditary kidney condition, with the potential to prevent new cyst formation and halt the growth of existing cysts.
